• 500g Vanoise chocolate cake mix
• 250g Eggs
• 100g Milk / cream
• 150g Oil
• 100g Dark icing crisps

Mix all the ingredients for a few seconds at minimum speed then 5 minutes at maximum speed.

Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes

• 100g black icing paste
• 75g sweet whipping cream

Chocolate flavored mousse

• 400g Vanoise chocolate mousse
• 500g milk
