Cereal Savory Cake Maker

• 540g VANOISE CEREALS MIX
• 20g Baking powder
• 450g Eggs
• 200g Olive oil
• 160 grated Gruyère
• 430g Diced turkey ham
• 200g Pitted green olives

Mix the cereal mix and the baking powder.

In a bater, mix the powders with the eggs and olive oil until a smooth paste is obtained.

Add the Gruyere, the diced ham and the sliced green olives, mix.

Implementation and Finishing

Garnish with greased 18 x 8 x 5 cm cake molds (400g / cake)

  Bake +/- 40 min in a ventilated oven at 150 ° C
