Ingredients:

Sugar (sulphites), water, glucose syrup (sulphites), food additive ([colorant] caramel I – plain (caustic caramel) according to GMP).

Use:

Add 5% of its weight with water. Heat, stir, then use
Icing millefeuilles, choux, éclairs

Smooth texture and a shiny appearance

Stable when frozen

Packaging: 5kg box  

Shelf life : 12 months
