Demo to the students of the training school in the professions of tourism of Sousse


On April 29, 2024, CSM GIAS had the privilege of opening its doors to students from the Institute for Training in Tourism Professions in Sousse for an exciting day dedicated to exploring the world of chocolate decor.

This demonstration day offered the students a unique opportunity to explore the techniques and secrets of this exquisite art, as well as to discover the different stages of the creation of chocolate decorations, guided by our chef Mohamed Ali Jelassi.
