The "VANOISE" 50 base is a powdered base for artisanal gelato, a low dosage (50g/l milk), rich in emulsifiers and thickeners, with a good amount of dextrose and skimmed milk powder.

Thanks to its formulation it ensures a smoothy ice cream with exceptional productivity, compact structure and high resistance to melting.

The delicate cream flavouring allows the taste of the added aroma pastes to be enhanced and makes the ice cream fresh and light.

Way of use:

 50g Mix Base 50 "VANOISE" + 180g sugar + 1l milk + 100g whipped cream.

Packaging: 10 bags / box.

Shelf life: 24 months.
